The service
The Collective is software for firearm enthusiasts to track collections, range activity, NFA paperwork signals, and related workflows. Features may change as we ship updates.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to harass others, distribute malware, scrape the platform in violation of our technical policies, or break applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to firearms and NFA items.
No illegal modifications
The Collective does not encourage or facilitate illegal modifications to firearms or NFA items. Content that promotes unlawful activity may be removed and accounts terminated.
Giveaways & raffles
Promotional drawings (including Founding 500 and milestone giveaways) have separate official rules, eligibility requirements, and void-where-prohibited provisions. Participation constitutes acceptance of those rules when published in-product or on our site.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless cancelled. Pricing may change with notice where required by law. Failure to pay may result in loss of paid features.
Refund policy
Digital goods and subscription access are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where mandatory consumer laws require otherwise (e.g., certain EU/UK cooling-off rights when applicable). Contact support if you believe a billing error occurred.
